KC Chess worth the price

I was wondering whether Kasparov Chess Membership is rewally worth the price? It seems you get the same features by faithfully using the Fritz seven interface and the chessbase website.
Play Online Games Veiw Online Games Online Database of Games etc...
Most of this you can positively get for free (Minus the Cost ($50 for the Program). And if you really watned the GM benifets why not use the ICC there intertface is better.

readable on KC as good. PlasyChess does`nt show nearly as many live events, and if they do, it`s usually a KC member or ICC member indirectly broadcasting the game. And I think the ICC interface being better is a matter of taste, more than naturally anything else. It`s better to play chess on PlayChess though, since it`s harder to use Fritz to cheat there.
