Human error -Puzzle - 2007/08/14 15:39
Human error can affect the greatest players. Some blunders are caused by time pressure or tension, other by the big fish syndrome where a player is mentally unprepared for a simple mistake by an eminent opponent…..

***** Has been trying for six years to become a grandmaster and this looked like the decisive moment. White (to play) is two pawns up and his pieces are swarming all over the Black position. **** wrote in Chess Magazin that “everyone had seen ….. in this position, from the arbitrer, to the contingent of Icelandic kids, to just about every player in the tournament and even some of the chambermaids. Everyone except me, that is” Can you fill the missing move? Players’ name will be mentioned in the solution…
