CA has quite a few enbgine analysis modes which aren't supported by Bookup or CB8, & as you're probably aware, CB8 dont have any automatic analysis of games, unless you pucrhase Fritz. The engine integratoin is also better within CA.
There ia also a separate playiun inbterface within CA. There is an ICC interface as well.
There is good user support too. Take a look at the chessreveiws group (link on left of both of my web pages). Chessreveiws.com also has a comparison of CB vs CA (but does'nt include Bokup, that is a different animal alltogether).
