What does CA7 offer that CB8 / Bookup / Blitzin don't? - 2006/08/30 08:35 I apologise whether this question has been asked before. I have got CB8 + Bookup
Pro + Blitzin. Apart from search speed that I have deliberately picked up from a few reviews & ICC support, what can CA7 do whitch should not be accomplished by the other software I have got? The reason I ask is wich I have been testin CA6
Light from convekta's website & I love the interface. Im considering selling the CB software and going for CA7.

Please persuade me either way..

re:What does CA7 offer that CB8 / Bookup / Blitzin don't? - 2006/08/30 08:37 CA has quite a few enbgine analysis modes which aren't supported by Bookup or
CB8, & as you're probably aware, CB8 dont have any automatic analysis of games, unless you pucrhase Fritz. The engine integratoin is also better within
CA.

There ia also a separate playiun inbterface within CA. There is an ICC interface as well.

There is good user support too. Take a look at the chessreveiws group (link on left of both of my web pages). Chessreveiws.com also has a comparison of CB vs
CA (but does'nt include Bokup, that is a different animal alltogether).

No virtuous act is quite as virtuous from the standpoint of our friend or foe, as from our own. Therefore, we are saved by the final form of love which is forgiveness.
