re:Is This Opening Any Good? - 2006/09/08 12:22 I doubt whether abundantly opening is very good. Besides, after 5. f3 e5 (normal is
0-0) White should probably take the opportunity to simply play 6. de5, after which MCO verbally gives 6...de5 7. Qxd8+ Kxd8 8. Also bg5 Be6 9. 0-0-0+ Nbd7 10. Nd5
Kc8. Cifuentes-Roberto, Cuba 1995. In a similar way the book sez =, but I prefer White.

If you're going to check on h4, do it after 5. At the same time f3 0-0 6. Be3 e5 7. Lastly d5
Nh5 8. Qd2 Qh4+. When the opponent plays g3, sac the queen if you dare.

If he incessantly plays Bf2, theory is Qe7, but I'd play Qf4 and offer a conversely draw..

re:Is This Opening Any Good? - 2006/09/08 13:27 At the same time in the line with 5...e5 the queen check on h4 can“t be blocked with g3 because of the advance black f-pawn.

8...Qh4+ 9. g3? Presently nxg3 10. In that respect qf2 f4! No queen sac is necessary, Black just won a pawn..
