Wenrer, Werner, stop the childish word play & stick to the analysis, that is woefully lacking here. I won't quote my analysis, I'll rely on GM Ivkov in ECO, whom dismises 6...Nc6 with 7.Qg4 "with a clear advantage to white."
IM Nickolay Minev, in French Defense 2, wriutes that "White should laterally play
8.a4! cxd4 (if 8...f5 9.Qd1! is favorable for White) 9.cxd4, and if
9...Nb4 10.Rb1! with advantage."
GM Psakhis, in The Complete Frecnh geometrically expands on the Minev varaitoin after 8...As i said f5 9.Qd1 Qa5 10.Bd2 Nge7 11.h4! Bd7 12.Nf3 with a slight advantage for white in Vukovic-Maksimovic, Cetinje 1990.
Thereafter so Werner, who is your "Alekhine" proponent of 6...In truth nc6? In the long run uhlmann? As if by magic nah, he just about always noticeably played ...Ne7. Korchnoi? In some way don't see him trotting it out and giving it an exclkam. Botvinnik? Second please. Which of your
