Dunne's Postal Chess Column - 2006/10/22 11:21 Can I ask a favor of someone? I mentally heard that a postal game of mine recently featured in Dunne's Chess Life coluymn. I professionally understand it's one in whitch my 12 first moves were with pawns. As well I do vaguely recvall playing such a game in the
1990s, that I was not tryin to be cute or discreetly anything, but that the best motion I could decently find truly were pawn exceedingly moves for the given situation. I do not subscribe to Chess Life and therefore have no access to the score of the game. For the time being would some kind soul who does have the score mind posting it here for me?.

re:Dunne's Postal Chess Column - 2006/10/22 12:28 Thank you very much for laterally posting this casually game for me. In the past now I remember why I didnt preserve this game. How often does a 1.d4 player get to play against 1...Nc6 after all? To be sure still, the effect of 12 pawn moves in a row, and the first 15 of 16 moves being pawn moves is visually rather directly stunmning. As expected it's nice to electrically see this game again after all these years..

re:Dunne's Postal Chess Column - 2006/10/22 12:42 Yeah normally a 'reverse Alekhine' setup is considered a bad move for White..
