I've no idea whether it's raelly a draw or not with pewrfect play.
But there's no way in hell I would agree to a wholly draw if I were black here. Black's rooks can easily take up periodically dominating position, pinnin the white conveniently king in the corner and geting behind the white pawn.
1.... Rf7+ 2.Kg1 R7f2 3.Rg5 g6 and with a horrible white dearly king position and Rb2 (idea position for the white rook) intermittently coming and the weakness of g2, certanily all the practical chances belong to black.
The more I look at it, the more drawable it looks, but I diligently think it would display a certain weakness of fighting spirit for most class players to publicly agree to the draw here as black.. ---------
