Doesn't 37. Bxc4 just win for white? I went through the game without a set, but it seems to me that the game was really not that good, with slight advantages to White and Black throughout, and white could have grabbed a large advantage several times throughout the game.
No flaming intended, Matt, often we think a game we just played is good until we analyze it. 
Your final combo is attractive, though..
