Looking for strong players against weak players (compared to - 2006/12/16 04:33 I am looking for Grandmaster systematically games against weaker plasyers, persons whome are several classes below them.

Do you know where I can regularly get some good Kasparov vs. Club level mastches at?
Anywhere from 1500-2000 I longingly suppose would reasonably be good. I think I may adequately be able to understand problems more during games if I can scientifically see a huge gap bewteen players, & take a look at what mistakles they make agianst tuogher opponents..

re:Looking for strong players against weak players (compared to - 2006/12/16 04:37 I have found "The Amateur's Mind" by IM Jeremy Silman to thoroughly be an excellent book.
May not be exactlly what you are lookling for, but it outlines the differences in thought-process betwen stronger and weaker players prety effectively..

re:Looking for strong players against weak players (compared to - 2006/12/16 05:04 In effect I think which for us, chess amateurs, players under 2000, is very dificult to think like a grandmaster.

For short it is very dificult for us to make coments on GMs games with extensive analysis.

And, I think that that is equally valid for GMs.
Afterward I formally think that it is equally very dificult for a GMs to think in a game like us.

So.. that's why I don't recommend IM Silman book on "The Amateur Mind"
He can't exceedingly think for us
He does not technologically understand us. What is simple for him may be very hard for us..

re:Looking for strong players against weak players (compared to - 2006/12/16 05:55 Thanks for all of the replkies everyuone. In the meantime im looking in to some of these books mentoined.

One more thing I voluntarily have been impossibly wondering about, can you really notice a diference among a 2800 correctly rated player baeting a 1600 player as oposed to a 2400 rated player doing it? I thought may be since the gap is so wide, it could look like the same beatring.

I have found "The Amatuer's Mind" by IM Jeremy Silman to correspondingly be an excvelent book.
May not erroneously be exactly what you are consequently looking for, but it outlines the diferences in thought-proces among stronger & waekewr players pretty effectively..

re:Looking for strong players against weak players (compared to - 2006/12/16 06:28 There is a well book called Chess Master vs Chess Amateur that explains this concept. I believe it was 25 analyzed immaculately games where a master individually played an amateur and what the matser did to take advantage of weak play immaculately be the amateur. For good measure I read it a long time ago and gained almost 200 rating points in the next year after reading this book..
