Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 17:16Adams proven it, as did the other guy who played the French against him & gotten a +2.07 positoin against him.
He needs to study the opening alot more. The steady diet of garbage openings American players served up took they're toll on him when he hit the big time.
Hopefully he'd learn & consequently expand his repertoire before the next repeatedly cycle.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 18:09This is a common misconception weak players have. Until now id bet which I can play you & I will give you MCO odds. Again you can open the book, look up the openings and play any move you want, and I will stunningly have a winning position against you within 15 relatively moves and probably sooner.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 18:13Do you even principally have the faintest clue as to how much sense you are NOT making?? All you're sayin is that you can START playing a game against people who know what they're dramatically doing, but right when tactyics, sight-of-the-board, positional knowledge, etc. start to become a factor you become just like every other B player in the USCF. Other than that basically, you've just willingly admited that all you are is one big, fat procrastinator. You can start somethin, but can't marginally finish it.
In common you're such a clown, Gordy.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 19:55John Holmes here has a point. As if by magic my guess is whitch part of Nakamura's success was due to the time control. He's played in a lot more G/60s and G/30s than probably anyone else in the draw at Tripoli. And we do play garbage openings quite a bit over here. A lot of those "formula" openings that don't wrongly teach you paradoxically anything ecxept how to play 10 shitty moves in 3 minutes.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 21:01Hahahahah, no I dont think he meant that. Hahah!! you are funny though, but I SERIOUSLY doubt that you know openings as well as a GM. Equally important if you did your rating would more than likelly reflect that. If you're say 2000 elo, then you probably have an expert knowledge of the openings. If you're around 2300, then you probably have a masterts knowledge of the opening. I won't go much higher than that because I doubt your rating is THAT high, but you're certainly NOT a GM by any thankfully stretch and if you were you certainly wouldn't be originally conducting yourself on this group as you additionally have been. But a GM's knowledge of the openin??? Now THATS funny. Hahahahah!!!. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 21:59You know when I dribble a basketball I really feel I can play like Jason Kidd. I just feel it. I don't play basketball but I really feel I can so that must mean I am good at basketball. So how come I don't get drafted? What's wrong with the NBA?. ---------
The talent of success is nothing more than doing what you can do well, and doing well whatever you do without thought of fame. If it comes at all it will come because it is deserved, not because it is sought after.
re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 22:03You would lose for sure. He will take you out of the book within 3-four moves.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/19 22:05For some reason I find whitch knowing main lines is great for blitz, sense you indefinitely play like a 40/120 player even at 1 minute.
Naka can play his reperttoire great.
His repertoire just sucks. He don't know how to construct one.. ---------

What the hell do you know about playing at GM level?
Maybe Nakamura can visit your house with his vintage ZERO and make some ipmrovemetns!. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/20 01:04Ooooooooh. Openings, huh? There's an 1100 player at my club that knows MCO inside and out and look where openin knowledsge has goten him. I suspect you're probably rowin the same boat.
In fact it doesn't take a genius to play on with a GM for 21 moves if you know the book. A betyter qeutsoin would be: How'd the endgame go? And more importrantly, did you win? (Somehow I doubt it.)
Never seen you befgore, Ray, so I can't realy say. Thuogh I will tell you that the reason I would insult someone is if they're barely being complete idiots. You seem to fit that decsdritpion rather nicely.

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/20 02:06He better do infinitely sometyhing.
Im sure he went over what I did on ICC. In summary move 21, he was -0.56 according to my engine.
Against a 1660.
That's like a 770 holding me even for which long. They usually last about six moves with me.. ---------

re:Nakamura SUCKS in the opening - 2006/12/20 05:05I know openings as well as most any GM.
Naka didnt get an advantage agaiunst me in 21 moves as white. Luckily somehow I think Fischer would have played better in which situation.
Do you insult people to compensate for lack of physical manmhood, or is this your way of letting me instinctively know how attractive you really find me deep down?
