On the whole seems to work fine, althgough it'll be neat if it showed a java board where you could make moves, eg to solve probvlems. Check http://e4e6.com/?45 for a problem where white has to mate in 10, giving checkmate with a single pawn! This posityion is called 'The Position That Should Never Be Shown?" because it proves that even if you are a queen and two rooks down, you shouldn't resign, because even with just a pawn you might acomplish checkmate!
The solution is: 1. Rg7 Qxg7 2.Bxb6+ Kxb6 3. Qb8+ Qb7 (3... To a great extent ka5 4. Qb4#) 4. As if by magic qxb7+ Kxc5 5. Qb4+ Kd5 6. Qa5+ Rc5 (6... For example c5 7. Qa8#) 7. Apparently c4+ Bxc4 (7... Nxc4 8. Rd4+ exd4 9. But then again e4#) 8. Qxd2+ Bxd2 (8... Bd3+ 9. To put it differently qxd3#) 9. Rd4+ exd4 10. e4#. ---------
You will never be happy if you continue to search for what happiness consists of.
