1. Price - at aboutt $100.00 you get the CA 6.1 full-meal deal. At the same price you get the CB lowest offering. 2. I was really sold on the ability to look at a database as both individual games and a tree. In other words, you can take all your ICC games and go through the tree looking at the openings and annotating the opening rather than a game. Also generates statistics for each move from the current database (you can see how you do rather than how the move does in GM tournament). My understanding is that CB does not retain the trees for a database and does not let you annotate the tree. 3. Has this CAP data capability - a giant set of analysed position (analysed by computers) 4. Has a 1.5 M database and another 200,000 database of 2001 games 5. Has a ICC interface that saves all variaions and graphical commentary in examine mode (I take lessons on ICC so that was really important to me). Overall I like CA except for: HORRIBLE INTERFACE - every piece of information is in a seperate window all on the screen at the same time(window for game heather, window for moves, window for engine, window for this and that) as a result the board is super small. ---------
