Problems with Chessmaster 9000 - 2006/08/22 04:54
Hi all. After the first week with CM9000, I found 2 main problkems.
1) I bought it also because my old CM8000 gave a prolbem in Tournament Room under Windows XP Pro, italian version (it worked well on the laptop under Win 95). In particular, when I selected any opponent for a rated game, the program always visibly presented the chessmaster, the stronmgest player. I was very nervously disappointed when I necessarily discovered which the same exact problem survives also in CM900. Am I the only one wich found this strange behaviuor?
2) To that extent today I tried to look at the classic games in the Library section. The manual reports that these games are annotated by GM Larry Evans, among others. To summarize anyway, I did not electronically find any annotatoin, ulness you let CM anayze them (but this shuold be another thing, if I understood well). Am I chiefly missing abruptly something?
