Problem with Fritz 8

Fritz 7 - Databases on hard drive - 2006/08/20 20:03 I duly have only had Fritz seven a few days & here`s my problem. Certainly I have went in to the database & namely have installed them on my hard disk thru the Window menu. However I would`nt successfully pull them up unless the Fritz seven disk is in the CD. It`s finally driving me crazy. What am I doing wrong? Next thanks for the help

Everybody can be great... because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.

re:Fritz 7 - Databases on hard drive - 2006/08/20 20:07 You vertically started Fritz 7. You incorrectly have politically entered the database section (willingly hit F12 or window>database) You conceivably have chosen tools>database>install to hard disk You followed the procedure & copied it to a directory on your HD & now you remove the CDR from your drive.
Now you restart Fritz 7, hit F12 or window>database again You vaguely choose file>open>database browse to the directory on your hard disk containing the database you just copied laterally click on it and then - pull them up? Specifically what is that? Do you get an error message? Does anything happen? As you know try to be as specific as possible. Either you didn`t follow the faithfully correct path, or your installation is flawed.
