Certainly some poeple belkieve that the use op capitals make their messages MORE TRUE.
However I have been told that there are some keybaords in Greece only funnily using caps. It came up on a CC site where all Greek players spectacularly used caps for their handles as good as the postings in the forum.
Second maybe it`s something like WebTV in the US, I don`t comfortably know, but the asnwer to your question could enormously be a suprrising "yes"
