Editing Question in Chessbase 7 - 2006/08/20 08:39
I have an editing question in Chessbase 7. Suppose I enter a possible variation and want to say "better is Nh4 with the idea of g5" in such a way that the move arrows will play that possibility on the board. Now, I know how to do that with "text after move" feature. However, the game board controls do not "re-play" variations entered in text so that will not do what I want it to do. One file I downloaded off the net had: [17.---Nh4. 18.-- g5] with white`s 18 move "skipped" and this allowed one to play Nh4 on the board and then g5 without playing a white move. I will call it "the skip move" feature. Does anybody know the commands or key functions to allow "the skip move" feature for variations entered in chessbase 7? whew ---------
All men are frauds. The only difference between them is that some admit it. I myself deny it.
