Windows have a symbolic link? - 2006/08/17 22:16 I`ve downloaded the 3man 4man and 5man tablebases for Fritz7. I`m thinking about adding the 6man set and was wondering... In Fritz7 it only has 3 paths to the tablebases, but if I get the 6man I`d like to keep them separated. So, is there a symbolic link like function in Windows, so that I can keep the files separated but allow Fritz7 to see them all?

re:Windows have a symbolic link? - 2006/08/17 22:41 But anyway, open the Chssbase.ini file in your Windows directory and look up this department, then separate the directories with a semicolon: [Tablebase] Path=c: bs3man;c: bs4man;c: bs5man;c: bs6man CacheSizeKB=16384 as an example.
