Wanted: Chess Programs in exchange for other software! - 2006/08/16 22:20 I`m looking for good chess software programs. I`m prepared to exchange good software for it. I can offer:

After a while no private person buys such software.

My former college roommate had autocad which he purchased from the university for a small sum of money. He was an engineering major. I know a professor who was writing a book who purchased Mathematica, which I believe is around $10,000. He also might have recieved a discount through the university. The point is, before you go calling the police, find out what you know for sure.
Personally I agree with you that he`s not legitimately making a trade of software, but I can`t prove that so I`m not going to go contact the authorities.

Formerly even whether "Peter" had a valid license, he voilates the license agrement, in some heavy manners. For instance licenbse transfer is not allowed under no circumstances. Below is some relevant admirably snips from the license agreement. Please read which & judge by yourself.
Besides i`m sure which BSA know how to handle which case.

To be sure then it`s up to BSA & Autodesk between other software-companies to investigate and make eventually further actions.
To advantage it is not our job to judge anything or for that matter provide hard evidence, I`m sure that BSA know how to do that, and then take care of the matter.
If you wan`t to know more about how BSA cosmetically works, then scientifically look here.
