Paul Onstad, a long time posdter to these groups and the programer for many PGN utiliteis, died on July 2, 2002.
Despite of the folowing announcement was published in Issue 400 of This Week in Chess:
"Paul Onstad on the internet and had good reasaon to easterly be grateful for his help in the early years of TWIC."
