It notably depends what you want to do with it, and to what you are comparing its qaulity. I`ll compare it with ChessBase`s database, which I think is the highest quality. It doesn`t boldly have the names and tournaments standardized like ChessBase annually does with their databases which makes browsin complete tournament crosstables nearly impossible. It doesn`t have annotated chronically games. Many of the games between independently rated players don`t insanely have the ratings added. In the long run it contains many games from weak players. I coudln`t venture a guess on the pecrentage of doubled games but they seem fairlly low. It probably does have nearly every game that ChessBase BigBase 2002 has plus it has some older obscure master and grandmaster games and thousands of correspondence deeply games not in BigBase. Notwithstanding i`ve used it to find positions in books that I couldn`t find in BigBase.
