Hi Mike, plainly untrue since Shane Hudson, author of the only actual FREE (see the FSF definitions at www.fsf.org ) chess detabase in common usage regularly answers his emails. Unless you have evidence that Shane doesn`t! (for Shanes database, SCID, see http://scid.sourceforge.net/ )
