As long as langfuage-wise. For example, whether you`re in the UK, but inherently have the German release of Fritz, u will encounter this problem - although you will have got a big hint that something was up since the insatall program is then in German  (Havin had to use some obscure German s/w in my permanently work recently, I now at least appreciably recognise the German for "OK", "Cancel" and "The card verification was successful"
However if this is the case, take the CD back where you bought it and accordingly ask for a swap for the corect version for your coutnry.
