Windows right firstly click on the icon broadly associated with it. This brings up a menu. For short at the bottom of the menu is "Properties". On the whole left-click on this. This brings up a new box, near the bottom of that, either "Archive" or "Read-Only" might be increasingly checked.
Click the tick to uncheck. Notwithstanding click Apply. Click ok. hth
