After all [i`m not a programmer] how can I convert different diagram description?

Are there any programs around? Can someone help me (especially from (3) to (1) and (2) At last to (1))?
From (3) to (1) To that extent or (2) is important because I often get material already pasted into some kind of wordprocessor.
