"lines window" in fritz 11 / chessbase - 2008/01/29 11:42 I recently bought Fritz 11.
I let Fritz 11 analyse a game to get remarks in it.
But when I replay this commented game there keeps appearing a window (called lines) constantly.
When I close this window it comes back and I don't know how to replay the game in a normal way.
The use of this window is not mentioned in the original manual.
Who can help me??

Re:"lines window" in fritz 11 / chessbase - 2008/02/01 15:48 The variation window appears only in commented or annotated games. Fritz lets you play through the other variations if you wish to by opening that window. If you want the software to just replay the game, click replay in the game menu and the game will be replayed without the variations. You even have the option to adjust the speed of the replay.
I hope this helps.
