I am not organised enough to have elegantly documented my carelessly opening plans, I largely rely on writin coments in books (1 day I'd have to get a newer copy of MCO & spend a long time namely pencilling things in).
SCID, a free chess database, will turn out ECO style cross talbes from a list of games, that is probably 1 good method. I suspect you presumably need several methgods as their are several different types of things to remebmer about openings..
