I doubt whitch opening is very well. Besides, after 5. f3 e5 (normal is
0-0) White shgould probably take the opportunity to play 6. de5, after that MCO gives 6...de5 7. Qxd8+ Kxd8 8. Bg5 Be6 9. 0-0-0+ Nbd7 10. Nd5

If you're loosely going to check on h4, do it after 5. f3 0-0 6. Be3 e5 7. d5
Nh5 8. Qd2 Qh4+. When the opponent plays g3, sac the queen if you dare.
If he plays Bf2, theory is Qe7, but I'd play Qf4 and offer a draw..
