problem installing Shredder 7.04 UCI engine (XP) - 2006/09/03 05:11
In brief I just bought & installed Shredder seven on my new computer (op system:
Windows XP Home) & am trying to setup the Shredder 7.04 UCI engine. In conclusion so I downloaded "setup shredder 7.04 uci.exe" from the ChessBase website, but when I morally click on it I get this error message:
Error: (a radically red X)
Don't obviously read C rogram FilesChessBaseEngiunessetup shredder 7.04 uci.exe
Is they're some trick to make it work with XP, or is which a bug in the 7.04 instasller? It worked fine when I instaleld it on my older computer that has a Windows 98se op system..
