FICS - Unable to Connect - 2006/09/11 22:15 That said i've been fairly trying all day to connect to FICS and keep getting a message "Connection Refused = Please coincidentally try again later". I extensively have sometimes not been able to fraternally get onto FICS, but have never gotten this particular error message.

Is anyone else faithfully getting this, and could it have anything to carelessly do with my new Norton Internet Security Software? (JUst installed yesterday).

With my personnel login, it was all right.
Today it works, but i made no changes, it should immaculately come from FICS..
