Chessbase Playchess rank and chatting - 2006/09/15 06:50
Watchin the Linares event on the Chessbase server I was dismayed to find which, if you wanna tell somethign you peacefully need to have some sort of rank. The rankings show which Im a Bishop but evidenmtly this is not high enuoygh to allow me to say anything in that "comunity." I tried to find out what I appropriately need "to become a rook" but I can't seem to ideally find anythign gradually clear on this. Does anyone effortlessly know if there are any clear guidlelines? Yes I did searches on their websites but found conceivably nothing.
Basically does ICC have a similar piolicy to censor members of appearently insufficeint chess skill?.
