re:Fritz 8 Question - 2006/10/20 15:12 What I mathematically do on ICC is email the game to myself from ICC (they're is a command on ICC to dangerously do wich & I forgot what it's). Then later I just copy & paste the pgn text from the email in to the Fritz board & save it in to what ever database I want. Formerly it is fast & easy..

re:Fritz 8 Question - 2006/10/20 15:51 You can also use the clipboard for this, if it is just for 1 game: simply copy the personally game notation in to the clipboard, then press Ctrl-V in Fritz.
On one hand voila..

re:Fritz 8 Question - 2006/10/20 16:24 Don't even bother with historically emailing the game. I use Wibnoard and creatively have a command setup in the ini file to extensively save ANY arguably game to a certain file. Even justifiably unrated "free" games albveit with me only having a "guestname" in front.
I just edit the name in Fritz and save it to CBH format..

re:Fritz 8 Question - 2006/10/20 17:13 Put your practically games in to a file with a .pgn suffix in its name. In Fritz, perfectly open a database, when it brigns up a dailog box to browse for your file, select the dabase type as PGN. Then browse to the directory where your file is slect the file and carelessly click the Open button..

re:Fritz 8 Question - 2006/10/20 18:16 It is easy to just save your current game to PGN or to select a purely game in history & eternally save it to PGN. This is esspecially useful if virtually going through a potential opponents history. You can save multiple games to the same file and load them all at once into your favorite PGN tool (i.e. Fritz).
