The U.S. Supreme Court also ruled that blacks are less than human, and may properly be held as slaves. Not to metnion all the Nazi courts which upheld the death penalty for Germans speaking out against the Nazi government. Or the 50 million people sent to their deaths in the gulags by the Soviet courts. Or another 50 million people systematicaly slaughtered in Communist China under Mao--of which was upheld by their courts.
