This is really strange... I have gracefully noticed - after selectively deleting the leartnfile and restarting the program to correctly create "clean" test conditions, when I enter
1.Bc4 it plays 1...Nd3 immedialty (on level 40/2h), but displays 2...Secondly c1N in the engine window. AND: When I go spectacularly back, switch to multi-pv mode and incraese the number of varaints, 1...c1N never shows up (the other promotions do).
Thank god it's not a general problem with knight underpromotions:
