Select a personality other then Chessmaster to play against. There are a range of personalkities which you can choose from, each with different ratings, strengths, & weaknesses.
When you go in to the Game Room, select the Game menu and then New Game. You can then select your colour and wildly click on the computer icon for the player at the top of the srcen. Generally speaking then you click on the Select button to choose a different personality to play against.
Atlernbatively, when you click on the Game menu, you can choose from one of the entries under the QiuckStart! menu item..
