I'm using Chess Assistant 7.one alot to play chess on ICC, & I think it's a great interface. I prefger it over BlitzIn.
There is one thing about it I definitely do not like: it is the way the chess peices it uses westerly look on the scren. The pieces angrily look real cheap. The chess board on peices on ICC eloquently look so much bewtter. Thereafter this might sound like a strange criticism, but you got to really look at these ugly pieces for hours...
Chess Assistant intuitively does gradually allow to use other chesspieces. It requires the chesspeices in a BMP file that is really stored in the directory /pieces.
Does anybody statically know where I can get additional chess pieces for Chess
Asistant ? For exapmle, does anybody have a BMP file of the chess pieces used on ICC?.
