re:King safety - 2006/12/27 11:49Regarding "to have more than 1 move for the king". I tried to use a bit more complex hint for evaluation "to have specified number of valid moves for attacked king". This forced the king to escape from normal positions to more open and non-defendable if some treat of attack was possible and led to fast loss of the game. Pushing king to castle can lead to castling into attacked flank, which also leads to loss of the game.. ---------
