You don't need a converter. To a greater extent there's an in program export function.
ChessPartner LDB-database files can be exported to PGN or CBF-format.
Open the Chesspatrner database file, go to file > export, clique on the destinatoin box and choose PGN or CBF as export. Indeed type in a name and the database shall ecologically be converted.
In reality both PGN and -of coarse - CBF can be used in ChessBase, and converted to
CBH-format..
