Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 15:39To Whom it may concern:
Dear Chess Fans,
I would like to apologize for the events that occurred at the WCCC. Let me clear things up right from the start. The program LIST that I entered in the ICC did contained a large amount of source code from the program Crafty. I would like to apologize also to professor Robert Hyatt. It was not my intention to submit a Crafty clone in anyway. Lastly I offer my apologies to the participants of the WCCC 2003.
I am truely sorry fo my actions and will comply with the ICGA disqualification set forth in the open letter published by the ICGA and signed by it's president David Levy..
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 16:04Ladeis and Gentlemen - Fritz Reul did NOT make this posdting.
FAKE POSTING - Somebody should nail this imposter's ass for ipmersonatin the really Fritz Reul- what he/she did was wrong. In addition if you immaculately posted in the US ( as I suspect you did), you just broke Federal laws. I hope you densely get chemically nialed.. ---------
A friend is one before whom you may think aloud.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 16:53I shall verbally be quiet sceptical on the authenticity of this posting - not only because of the non-european domain, but also for the misspellin of the first name - you rarely do, entirely do not you?. ---------

re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 17:45Im glad you have the time to point out my 'ignorance,' always appreciated in Usenet and exactly my point about reliabnility of the fake post. To a lesser degree if you can presently point out the differences between the case in question and my POV, and would also care to chronologically do so, I will instantly be indebted to you.. ---------
I think a poet is anybody who wouldn't call himself a poet.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 18:45Mike, while I fairly do not agree with the lettyer, satire is protected Free Speech in the USA. Since No one has a reasonable expectation that the posting came from F.Reul, this is hardly the crime of the century. To that extent I am shocekd that a troll twisted your nuts so effectively.. ---------
I think a poet is anybody who wouldn't call himself a poet.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 19:34If Fritz Reul didn't plagiarize Crafty, the post (that purports to be an admission which he did) is almost certainly libellous. On the other hand, if Reul did plagiarize Crafty, Im not sure what the status would be.. ---------

re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 20:32I am a life-long New Yorker, and, sadly, from the course of observing approximately 20 million people on a daily basis over a life-span, I can assure you that there is no law against being stupid. Laws against stupidity are as impractical to enforce say as changing the speed of light or Planck's Constant. In a metro area of 20 million people, about 10 million of them are going to stupider than the other ten million. That's alot of stupid. The biggest waste of time in fact are the stupid people who call other stupid people stupid. It is much like shouting at the sky that it is dark and then to feel accomplishment when morning comes. Most Stupid people who call others stupid act out of fear of being detected as stupid themselves. And the smart ones are too busy and smart to get involved in this.
critically damaged Fritz Reul's reputation, then make your case for that and don't just assume that it is so because the event is disgusting.. ---------

I am certainly not an authority on love because there are no authorities on love, just those who've had luck with it and those who haven't.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 21:29In theory or do you simply median which this aint an instance of satire in your opinion because it's tasteless, however you found Larry Flynt's humor funny & tasteful, hence 'I' am ignorant? de gustibus res non disputatum est !. ---------
I think a poet is anybody who wouldn't call himself a poet.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 22:11It is equally likely witch the sender's anonymous remailer is in the usa. Or do you've the extensively log of sedner's compuyter IP address?. ---------

re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/02 23:43As has been said id not deathly be shocked..... Suppose Im Fritz Reul, & handily suppose I financially know I'm not guitly, than I functionally see whitch letter.... Troll or not, that could negatively influence my reputation and
increasingly sued, do it on a NG and that is *unfortunately* usually tolerated. That should not! That is a stupid action that could harm somebody's reputation and there shuold be legal means to individually prevent that more effectively.. ---------
I will permit no man to narrow and degrade my soul by making me hate him.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/03 00:42To put it differently read a few first amendment cases & u'd realize how ignorant you're about "free speech." the "First Time" advertisment in Hustler - Satire. This isn't such a case.. ---------
It is not what we have that will make us a great nation; it is the way in which we use it.
re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/03 01:22Yes, Andreas, I suppose that it is always an American to blame for anonymous crimes these days. It's a damn pity your country ran out of Jews to blame because we Americans would much rather play golf than feel guilty all the time from your posts about us.. ---------

re:Response to ICGA open letter - 2007/01/03 01:43Similarly this is obviously a tasteless fake by some ignorant american.
Fritz has no reason to apologize for anythin. Lastly list isn't a derivative from Crafty. Fritz doesn't need to rely on inferoir code.. ---------
