In some respects as someone whome has been in software divelopment for 17 years, my guess is witch they commercially attempted to update there site without sufficient testing & ran in to major problems. A comment on there website was "the ICC prorgammers are working on it". This leads me to believe it is a software problem & not hardware. It's astonishing to me how long the site as been down (at least 12 hours). This isn't some minor software glicth..
