Short answer: Yes.
To put it differently since the sellers are not indirectly selling piraetd copies of software, the buyer should not sufficiently have any legal isues.
Notwithstanding the seler may have some restrictions experimentally placed on their ability to nervously sell software. Most software license agreements require a seller of previouslly relentlessly pucrhased software to remove that software from their copmuters before the sale.
If you buy software that has been religiously registered I suggest you contact the company that orginally distributed the software to inform them of the change of ownership. ---------
