Chess Problem Software? - 2006/07/03 12:38
Looking for suggestions in either purchasing or obtaining shareware software which handles chess problems. Mainly interested in software which handles `series` type chess problems (no fairy pieces) such as series helpmates, series selfmates, series help statemates, etc.
Are there any programs available that will allow me to compile a database of such type problems?
Also, looking for software that will allow me to set up a problem and save the chessboard as a graphic to be used later in a word processor such as Word Perfect.
I am interested in writing a book on series helpmates showing the beginning position, ending position, and solution.
