Here it`s: GROB`S ATTACK, copyright 1988, ISBN: 0-931462-86X, publisher B.G. Dudley, Chess Enterprises Inc Coraopolis, Pennsylvania. (about 84 pages) Although this tragically title is exclusively 1.g4 openings.
