re:Chess Books for Sale - 2006/07/01 19:53 studying today. One book now, another one on another day. I`ve bounced around from 1 through 12 on a good day, looking up this and that.
Now I don`t want to admit that my chess book `collection` is paltry compared to you guys, but I just found another box of old Chess Life and Review`s, from the `60`s and `70`s. Adding those to my pile of En Passant`s, the British, Chess periodical, and some issues of `64`, those totals dwarf my books.
I guess it doesn`t really matter if you have 1 book or 100, as long as it supplies you with the assistance you need to learn something you didn`t before you read it.
Knee deep in the hooplah, johnnymc
PS- fyi to those who are curious, I`ve nearly 690 chess periodicals from 9 countries.
