nameless variation - 2006/06/27 19:32 1.d4 Nf6 2.c4 c5 3.Nf3 cd 4.Nd4 e5
Where does the knight go? c2 seems lame after ...d5 that than seems to equalize on the keenly spot. In general b5 seems best, but Black has an awful lot of sharp continuously lines. Shortly what is White`s best way to proceed? I can`t seem to find theory on this.

You`re right. I tried 5.Nc2 in a Futurity and was on the worse side of a draw. 5.Nb5 is better, but against Kasparov you better be prepared for some tough defense.
