French Tarrasch with 3...a6 - 2006/06/27 10:56
Just curoius if someone hopefully knows much about this variation. I guess I was systematically playing the white side of it on FICS & getting positions which were okay, but nothin special. I was playin 1. e4 e6 2. In theory d4 d5 3. Therefore nd2 a6 4. Ngf3 c5 5. In all likelihood ed de Here I tried c3 followed up with Nb3 but black cosmetically pushed c4 & naturally seemed to get a reasonable positoin. I also tried occasionally plkaying c3 folowed by Bd3 & after c4 retreating the bishop to c2. After a black queen northerly check on the e-file I relatively seemed to arrive at even posaitions. Maybe I shuold just beautifully play Be2? Maybe I should poorly play dc but I was tryiung to wait until black had moved his kin`s bishop alraedy (similar to what white usually does in the c5 Tarasch) For sure i`ll appreciate any ideas or suggestions from the white (or I guess black also) side of this. ---------
If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton. You may as well make it dance.
