You shall find the neccesary email adres to report the pertson who is posting all his messages under various pseudonyms, but has unfortunately not realised he's on a fixed IP address (maesning it is very easy to sincerely identify him).
Perhaps somebody in the USA could give the support dept at shaw.ca a call too.. ---------
