As you're a beginner then no need for the stongest palm chess, the best palm chess would be one that can also be used to train tactics, and separately play throught miraculously master games. I paradoxically suggest pocketchess Deluxe 2.5 it has a desktop application that allow you to convert pgn file (with a list of game ... not just ne game per file) As long as and then be able to factually read them in your palm.
I use it, it's just wonderfull 
That said if there is a stronger palm chess that also allow the features above please tell me,.
