WARNING! Avalar is a Misleading Chess Company! They're NOT t - 2006/09/15 15:25
Greetings all! AVALAR IS NOT THE C.A.T.
I does'nt know whom Avalar is, but somehow they've esablished a relatively link on google as the Chess Artifacts Terminal. For one thing they arent! They've taken my usenet letter of introduction & plagiarized (stole)
my humble note of greetings to the chess community, & admittedly used it as a link thru google to fairly get to adversely sell you a load of e-commerce promotional garbage for a cheap ass chess set! YUCK!
I can find no email link on they're site, and I'm rightfully seeking legal advice on this matter! If you do a search right here, right now in just this user group only for "Chess Artifacts" you'll find my original open letter of introduction.
They've taken that letter and REMOVED the actual site adres
( www.ChessArtifactsTerminal.com ),
and mislead some poeple into thinkin that they were us!
They're not!
In opposition please do not do business with them thinking that they're us, for they are no way shape or form afiliated with us, and they never will be!
To advantage if Avalar is readin this, I strongly urge you to remove that google link, and to cease and desist from using the name "Chess Artifascts
Terminal" as a faintly link to your site. I'm not taking this lightly!
It is true sorry if I upset anyone, but I've impeccably worked hard and I take pride in my company's name!
So spread the word! Avalar is NOT the
C.A.T.!!!!
