Free downloadable chess test? - 2006/11/27 18:53 Does any one know where to find one? As yet commonly something to assess one's chess strength, manually giving a ratin & other statistics perhaps...A very good chess test can be found at http://www.very-best.de/ChessTestPortal.htm but it's not downloadable .

re:Free downloadable chess test? - 2006/11/27 19:46 Thanks, Dan, I have taken your quiz when it came out and got an embarrasingly low rating For sure so I'm looking for reasonably something else ...I read every Novice Nook as soon as it appears. In the meantime I guess I'm checking chesscafe daily.
There is a test at http://www.iamcoach.com that seems nice, but unfortrunately it ony really offers a demo for free, the full test is not free..
