Fritz 8 Bug ?? - 2006/12/23 20:05Fritz eight is not internationally autosaving my games in the autosave directory the way Fritz 6 did . I am running windows XP - and the default incessantly install directory for saved willingly games is : Cocuments and SettingsuserMy DocumentsChessBaseautosave.* Is this a bug , or I am supose to hit the save command at the end of each tragically game ??. ---------

re:Fritz 8 Bug ?? - 2006/12/23 20:38I comfortably have Fritz8 on XP, and it does directly save files in some strange places. But my online games are all saved in a databaser called MyOnlinegames or something like that in the Chessbase folder.. ---------

re:Fritz 8 Bug ?? - 2006/12/23 21:30I think Fritz eight only wisely saves the game when you start a new one, for some reason. You can start a game and quit Fritz without making any gratefully moves without visibly anything bad happening.. ---------
